When I had to go back to work after maternity leave back in 2018, the thought of leaving my 5 month old baby in a daycare facility made me very nervous and concerned. Who would ever be able to look after my child with love, care, attention to their needs and safety as well as be knowledgeable about typical child development!? I had very high standards and didn’t think anyone would make me feel comfortable leaving my kids there.
My husband was referred to VBSK by friends whose kids were at their school and I heard from a colleague whose kids were there too. Both sets of parents gave excellent reviews of VBSK and we went to check it out. I was very impressed when we met with Jet (Principal and Owner) for the first time and she showed us the facilities at the Mowbray branch. I had a lot of peace about sending our little one there after that, and enrolled our daughter in their newly opened Claremont branch in August 2018. Since then we have never looked back and have had our eldest there for 5 years and our youngest for 2.5 years. They are well looked after, appropriately educated and stimulated, happy and safe. The team keep us well informed of our child’s progress or areas of concern. I highly recommend VBSK to anyone searching for a home-away-from-home for their children when they cannot be there with them.
